Message	Close all windows and doors, dont eat much the whole day, smoke a stoge every 10 min, drink lots of coke (no water), make sure oil is super black when removing engine parts. Dont get to much sleep the day before. Theres a little more to it but thats just the basics. Need more info? Dont ask cause i cant remember much more.
